Your First Step: PASSAGE TO POLE
Beginner Friendly Class
Our PASSAGE TO POLE weekly series is designed for absolute beginners – no experience needed! You'll learn foundational spins, transitions, and conditioning in a fun, progressive format.
Alternatively, try our PRELUDE TO POLE 1.5-hour intro workshop for a taste of what we offer.
What to Wear:
A comfy top and yoga pants or shorts are perfect! Most students start barefoot. Heels are optional in later class levels.
