San Francisco:
Thursdays @ 7:30 PM - Start Date: 11-Jun to 25-Jun
Ever wonder how some dancers create endless, hypnotic spins on a completely still pole? The magic is in the technique, and this workshop unlocks the secret. In "Rotations," we dive deep into the mechanics of generating and sustaining your own momentum. Forget relying on spin mode; here, you are the engine.
We will focus on the push-pull techniques, core engagement, and fluid footwork that transform individual moves into a seamless, circular dance. This workshop is perfect for any dancer who feels 'stuck' on static pole or wants to level up their flow by connecting movements with grace. You'll leave with the tools to make the pole your axis and turn hesitation into a perpetual, captivating flow.
Who is this Series designed for?
