Your First Step: Passage to Pole

Beginner pole class

Our Passage to Pole weekly series is designed for absolute beginners – no experience needed! You'll learn foundational spins, transitions, and conditioning in a fun, progressive format.

Alternatively, try our Prelude to Pole 1.5-hour intro workshop for a taste of what we offer.

What to Wear:

A comfy top and yoga pants or shorts are perfect! Most students start barefoot. Heels are optional in later class levels.

I'm new, which class should I take first?

Start with the Passage to Pole weekly series or our 1.5-hour intro workshop: Prelude to Pole.

What should I wear to my first pole class?

A comfy top and yoga pants or shorts are perfect! No need for shoes, everyone starts out barefoot. As you progress, shorts and crop tops are common for better grip.

Is there nudity in class?

No. Some more advanced classes require skin contact for grip, where students typically wear short shorts and cropped tops.

What if I miss a class in a series?

You are allowed one make-up class per series, which can be used in a drop-in class or another series if space allows, within the timeframe of your purchased series. Please check our full policy.

Do I need to be strong or flexible to start?

Not at all! Our beginner classes are designed to help you build strength and flexibility gradually. We welcome all fitness levels.
