Passage to Pole (5 week intro series - 1hr 45min):

In Passage to Pole you will learn to sway and spin in a fun routine that will carry you through your full pole journey with Entangle & Sway.  Each week incorporates new tricks while getting fit! We teach proper safety habits and introduce you to what dancing at Entangle & Sway is all about. There is something to learn for everyone! You’ll have all you need to blossom to new levels.

Who is this series designed for?

-Women who are ready to start pole dancing to a better body and mind! All levels are encouraged to take this class when starting to dance at Entangle & Sway. If this is your first go at pole dancing then this series is required.
