Series Classes:

Each class within a series involves a challenging warm up, new tricks, and many opportunities to dance.

 

Passage to Pole Series: ...plant your seed here so you can grow to new heights...

This is your first step to planting your roots and beginning your journey through the elements of pole.  In this 5 week series you will learn to sway and spin in a fun routine that will carry you through your full pole journey with Entangle & Sway.  Each week you learn new tricks while getting fit!  There is something to learn for every level and we teach proper safety habits and introduce you to what dancing at Entangle & Sway is all about.  We teach you everything you need to know to blossom to new levels. 

Once you "graduate" from this series you can pick your next element!  You can take the fluidity route and learn new spins, transitions and floorwork or you can take flight and explore the air with inverting and climbing.  Or you can do both!  Classes are offered at various times in order for students to come to multiple classes if they choose.

Who is this class designed for?

-Women who are ready to start pole dancing to a better body!  All levels are encouraged to take this class when starting to dance at Entangle & Sway.  If this is your first go at pole dancing then this series is required

-Although if you are a super pole star, please contact the studio and let us know what types of tricks you know and what your experience is and we can tell you what class we think is right for you!  We may request for you to come to a "Pole Perfecting" class so we can work with you a little and assess what level is right for you.

Pole Elevation:
...take flight to feel the air from a whole new altitude...


Get ready to climb and flip upside down in these 5 week series!  Watch out!  The workouts get more intense in order to prepare your body to lift you to new heights.  And we are there to spot you through all of it!  
**We want you to have some extra practice time so each Pole Elevation series includes a free drop-in class for use during those 5 weeks.  It can be used for the following classes: "Pole Perfecting", "Pole Play" or "Pole Ignition".

Who are these classes designed for?
-Women that want to incorporate inversions and climbs into their dance and want the full fitness benefits of pole dancing.

Pole Connection: 
…gain fluidity while swaying and swirling through the movements…


Let’s focus on the dance in these 5 week series!  Flow through the levels with beautiful transitions.  Learn new floorwork and exciting spins allowing your dance to truly captivate.  Enjoy the rush while incorporating sexy heels, accessories and different styles of music.
