Feel the burn in this conditioning class where we practice the fitness aspect of pole dancing to prepare your body to perform remarkable tricks.  Let’s get that heart rate up to melt away some serious calories and build a hot body!

Who is this class designed for?
-Women who want more of the fitness portion of pole dancing or want to further prepare their bodies for pole tricks.  Open to all levels.

Do you want to nail your splits or take that back bend to the next level?!  This one hour drop-in class helps to find balance and increase overall  flexibility to gain beautiful lines on and off the pole.

Who is this class designed for?
-Women who want to increase their flexibility through stretching techniques for beautiful lines in pole tricks and floorwork. Open to all levels.

Are you ready to practice all the amazing tricks you’ve been learning in your series or need to brush up on tricks you’ve learned in the past?!  No new tricks are taught in this class, so it allows you to perfect the ones you know!  Maybe you want to do your tricks one handed or work on your opposite side.  In this class you get an amazing warm up, individual pole instruction and plenty of dance time to practice all your moves.

Who is this class designed for?
-Women who want extra time on the pole, additional instruction to perfect the tricks they know, and more dance time.  Open to all levels after completing the “Passage to Pole” series.

Let’s show off our confidence!  We’ll dig into that dress up box and focus on the excitement of pole dance.  Each week we get a new theme and fun music to explore.  This is the perfect place to practice and incorporate all the tricks you’ve learned into your dance.

-Women who want to explore all the different levels of the dance portion of pole fitness.  It is a great class for to practice all the tricks they’ve learned and grow their dance skills. Open to all levels after completing the “Passage to Pole” series.

  Want a fun 1 hour freestyle dance class?  Maybe Pole Play is your  favorite drop-in class currently?  Does the dance portion of your series class make your day?!  Are you looking for more time to explore and transition your freestyle dance?  Then this is a class for you!!  Pole Method is sometimes themed and will have you applying challenges to move outside of your box!  This is great for those who'd like a little more time on the pole before joining a full blown Pole Play class or just want to "dance it out"!
 
Who is this class designed for?
-Women who want to expand their freestyle dance. Open to all levels after completing the “Passage to Pole” series.

Explore fluid movements as you gain long, lean, flexible muscles.  Building a strong core is essential to pole fitness.  These classes focus on various exercises to align, strengthen, and tighten without adding the bulk. This allows for added flexibility and ease of movement. You will gain coordination while relieving tension and stress, mind and body!   Leave this class feeling centered, energized and toned!
 
Who is this class designed for?
-Women who want to build a strong abdomen, better posture and overall longer, leaner muscles.  Open to all levels.
