Come explore the elements of pole dance with our workshop, series and drop-in classes!

To achieve our mission we created class progressions that focus on different elements.  Each of the four elements (earth, water, air, and fire) work together to create a balance.  We’ve interpreted and applied that to the progression of pole dance.  We want each woman to get a full rounded pole dance fitness experience.   The elements of pole make for an impressionable dynamic of a woman's dance that you can’t get anywhere else.
